I'm passionate about sharing practical and relatable tools to inspire and elevate others in their lives.  I hold a safe space for my clients and students, empowering them to explore and connect to their own best self to create a purposeful and joyful life where they can thrive.

How did I get here?

I transitioned into mindful living and wellness when I realized how empty I felt. For most of my life I was living out of fear. Fear of not having enough money. Fear of failing. Fear of not being good enough. Fear of barely surviving. Fear of losing it all.

This fear started when I was young and continued to grow as I got older. I realized at a young age that I did not want to live the lifestyle I grew up in. After high school I moved out, started a full time job, took night classes and made enough money to pay the bills. I was creating a stable lifestyle.

As I moved through my twenties I was slowly moving up at the company I was working for. After eleven years there I had worked in member services, back-office administration, accounting and then marketing. I ended up getting my business degree in marketing and felt I was finally doing something I really enjoyed.

Yet, there was something missing, a spark... a fire... a purpose.

PURPOSE and PASSION - that’s what I was missing. What is my purpose? What am I really passionate for? What fulfills me?

I had a great partner, home, friends and social life. Life was good… But I was still empty. The one thing I did know is that whatever I did I wanted it to be for the good.

I left my job and started a wellness blog for my local city. As I was getting started I also decided to sign up for a 200-hour Yoga Teacher Training program. I had no idea at the time how that one decision would have changed my life! Through that experience I finally felt the SPARK. I acknowledged my fears, self-doubt and low confidence. I started a personal journey of transformation through meditation and mindfulness practices. And through this discovery I realized that this was part of my purpose, my service to others.

I continued my advanced yoga training in Bali, going deeper into my spiritual and meditation practice and connecting to my truth. When I returned home I put my efforts into teaching yoga, working with people one-on-one, in classes and through workshops. I continued my education and also became a certified health coach.

My journey continues to evolve and grow, each day moving more away from fear and self-doubt, and living from a place of love and passion.

I am committed to helping others discover their joy, passion and purpose through yoga, meditation, nutrition, fitness and mindful practices - to evolve well and thrive.
