What's Your I AM Statement?

Are you living from fear? Judgement? Self-doubt? What thoughts do you have about yourself? <- Don’t judge them, just notice. What do you say to yourself?

Here are some things I used to say, and still sometimes do say:

  • I am fat.
  • I’m not good enough.
  • I am scared.
  • I am nothing compared to…
  • I am bad at that.
  • I am overwhelmed and I can’t do it.

It’s taken me a long time to shift these thoughts.

Now when I notice them come up I shift the energy to:

  • I am healthy.
  • I am worthy.
  • I am confident
  • I am me.
  • I am good at…
  • I can do whatever I put my mind to.
  • I am love.

I try to remove judgement as best I can - it’s a practice but one I’m getting better and better at. So I challenge you - shift your I AM Statement - don’t get mad or frustrated when you come back to those negative thoughts, instead use it as source to learn and grow from.
