My intention for the Evolve Well: HEALTHY BODY coaching program is to bring together a group of women that want to feel good in their bodies, create healthier habits and gain back their confidence.

Group coaching offers a safe space for women to come together to inspire, support and elevate each other.

Together we’ll explore individual challenges, create sustainable and realistic goals, find compassion for ourselves, overcome roadblocks, demystify nutrition theories, discover how other lifestyle habits are impacting our body health, feel good again, and connect back to our joy.

What are the benefits of GROUP coaching?

What will be covered in the sessions?

I will be guiding the sessions with specific content each week, which will included mindful practices, nutrition guidance, mindset, simple and sustainable habits, movement and exercise, and more. Each session will also be unique to the women in the group, so topics might change or be expanded on as we grow together.

How much does it cost?

Total Investment is $210 - includes six group coaching sessions, one half-hour private session, plus handouts, private facebook group, unlimited email support, nutrition guide, worksheets and more resources.

How much are personal one-to-one coaching sessions?

One-to-one coaching starts at $70 per single session - this varies when purchased in packages. The group sessions come to just $35 per session, plus the 30 minute individual session. Contact me for a complimentary clarity call to learn more and see how we can work together.

What if I want additional personal coaching sessions while participating in the group program?

Absolutely! Individual coaching sessions normally start at $70 per session. The HEALTHY BODY group members will receive a discounted rate during and after the program (through March 2019) of $50 per session. Sessions normally run between 50 and 60 minutes.

What happens if I miss a group coaching session? Will I have to pay? Will I fall behind?

I will be sharing notes from each session through email and our private Facebook group. If you happen to miss a session the investment will not change (program will be paid in full before first session). You won’t fall behind. You can email me at any time and connect with your fellow women to catch up with the content covered. However, I highly recommend you don’t miss a session if possible, because a lot of inspiration and empowerment is created in these group sessions.

Will we be doing workouts in the group sessions?

No. We will explore exercise and review what works for each person individually, but the coaching sessions will not include it. The group sessions are meant to educate, share, support and elevate each other through different topics and mindful practices, so you can create healthier habits custom to your lifestyle.
